Shipping perishables is subject to IATA's Perishable Cargo Regulations (PCR), our carrier requirements, and other applicable regulations and conditions set by relevant regulatory authorities at the origin and destination.
We take adequate care while transporting perishables. Along with prioritised ground handling, we enable the quick transfer of perishable shipments using cool dollies on ramps to minimise temperature excursions. We also offer active and passive packaging solutions and ensure that the shipment is ready-for-collection upon arrival at a pre-agreed time depending on local infrastructure.
The cut-off time for accepting perishable shipments is D-6 hours (up to 6 hours before departure).

While shipping perishable items, it is mandatory to adhere to standard packaging in accordance with IATA Perishable Regulations that will help maintain the condition of the perishable contents and minimise the effects of transportation time and environmental changes like temperature and humidity. In addition, packaging methods must prevent contamination, contain any spillage or leakage, and withstand stresses of handling throughout the entire transportation.
