Claims and Refunds


You can click here to raise a claim related to your shipment sent through Air India Cargo.

If your shipment is delayed or found to be damaged or missing, you can raise a claim here.

In case of delayed, damaged or missing cargo, you can raise a claim with information on the item sent, settlement value, description of loss/damage and other relevant details. Personal information such as full name, name of the business (if applicable), contact number, country code must be provided. Specific explanation on whether it is a preliminary claim notice or a formal claim, AWB number, origin and destination and images of the damage in the cargo, if any, must also be submitted.
